1. Overview

This website is operated by Triple Threat Apparel. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Triple Threat Apparel. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

  • A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Descriptions and Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our t-shirts. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Accuracy: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Pre-Order Terms & Fulfillment

  • Pre-Order Window: Products offered on a pre-order basis are manufactured in limited quantities specifically for that release. The pre-order window will remain open for 1 week only. Once the window closes, no additional orders can be placed for that production run.

  • Production & Shipping Timeline: Because pre-ordered items are custom manufactured after the ordering window closes, please allow 2–4 weeks after the pre-order end date for our team to submit the supplier order, inspect and pick up the inventory, and fulfill your order. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your package ships from our Arizona location.

  • Payment: Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-order spot.

  • Order Modifications: Due to the custom batch nature of pre-orders, sizing adjustments, shipping address updates, or cancellations cannot be accommodated once the pre-order window has closed and production has commenced.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once pre-order items are produced and received at our facility, orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 Weeks.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and selected carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or invalid delivery addresses provided at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (All Sales Final)

  • All sales are final. Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our pre-order releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our store. Please refer carefully to our sizing charts and product details prior to ordering.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@triplethreatapparel.shop with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and t-shirt design graphics, is the property of Triple Threat Apparel and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or recreate our t-shirt designs or brand assets without our express written permission.

9. Notices & Legal Communications

  • Official Communications: Any formal legal notices or inquiries directed to Triple Threat Apparel must be sent via email to info@triplethreatapparel.shop.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with our store policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triple Threat Apparel regarding your use of our site and purchase of our products.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
